Outlook help

I've obviously hit a 'wrong' button on Outllok. Now it won't show any emails in the preview pane, and when I open, delete or move emails it asks 'This action will apply to all items in the selected groups.'

You've grouped them...

Is it Outlook 2000 or 2003?

right click on the little grey bar - that has sent, etc on then just click sort ascending/descending - that should sort it?

do you still get the preview pane ?
most of the time its quicker to uninstall the program and reinstall, just remember to back up your important emails and contacts
