access internet addresses

Anyone know why my wireless/adsl router takes ages to find www.google.co.uk but goes there really quick if its
http://www.google.co.uk

this is true for pretty much every thing i try to access

Its a Dlink g604t.

Try turning off "DNS Relay". Doesn't seem to work properly on most of their products.

Great tip - I just did this and it made a noticable difference.
