chinese om pc

heres one i have a guys pc in the shop and he wants to look at a chinese web site but the pc dosnt ask to download the language pack is there anywhere you can download it, according to microsoft they took the packs off there site last week
i need windows ie6 to install chinese language as its displaying squares and circles etc
