Has my BIOS got Alzheimers?

It keeps forgetting its settings, processor gets downgraded to a Duron, it looks for a floppy when there isnt one, resets the time to 2001...... no a major problem as everything works fine when I reconfigure but would rather not have the bother.

Could it be something as simple as a MB battery?
