Retro Barchetta Roadster design

I've had these rendering in my drawer for last few years, and my initial ideas was to use a mid-engine kitcar chassis and a v6 engine, with a retro-modern design influence.

What do you guys think ? interesting or not?
Cheers
Italo

I'd buy it if it looked that good when moulded.

There's some Ferrari in that grin, also some Stratos in there from the side. The only veryon I see is the black and red colour scheme but maybe that's just me.

On the whole, looking again, I'd sell my bosses kidneys to get one

Hmm...looks like a new project and I haven't finished this one yet!

Are those gills in the front wings? TVR had them on the Segaris prototype but blocked them off in production cars as stones came through and hit the 'screen.

aha.....well spotted,,.., It was a proposal for a modern - retro Raffo Belva , and update its design with the creation of a new roadster .

It never went further than those renderings, due to various circumstances..........but who knows what could happen in the future....

Thanks guys for the comments and feedback.

I'm quite glad I'm still this sharp at after 3pm on a Friday!

And I thought CAD work was destroying my brain cells!!

Personally I always prefer a full windscreen with removable panel, as it has more all round usability, but good sketches, I'd like it a little less TVR though...

Well, they were just a few design renderings, and at the time I liked the Sagaris a lot.......
