rotated screen

Arrrrgggghhhh !!!

Can someone help me?? My whole computer screen has rotated for some reason by 90 degrees - all programmes, desktop - the lot. Rebooting doesnt put it right so can anyone tell me how to rotate everything back plaese

Right click on desk top see if you can see NVIDIA control panel or any other graphics control if so click it ,then click on display then locate rotate display.

Fantastic - cheers guys. Ctrl, Alt and up arrow sorted it straight away.

Thats what i get for using the laptop when drunk hey!!
