internet browser help
im going on holiday on saturday to southern italy,
im taking my laptop with me and using my phone as a modem, basically its just going to be surfing this site and checking email and i could realy do
with a way of diabling pictures in a web browser so i can save on the cost because i am charged by the MegaByte
i have IE 6.0 atm but if there is a better browser out there i will download that
any help much appriciated

Try
"internet options"
"advanced" and scroll down till you see a "multimedia" heading under that you should have a check box to stop pics from
loading

Otherwise if you have firefox there's a disable graphics add-on....
I use it at work what with some people round here's Nun fetish....

Use Firefox use the "Content" option to disable images and also download the addon for it "Adblock plus" .
