I hope you lot know how to sort this cos its driving me nuts.

for some reason when I open a new browser window on my BT internet the damn thing is opening a tiny little window rather than the full screen AAAAAHHHH!!!

I keep having to resize it again and again and again. I've looked through all the options I can find and none seem to change it, please for the love of god HELP

Not sure if/how you can edit it in the program settings, but if you use a shortcut to go into the browser, you can change the settings:

Right click, the shortcut and select Properties

On the Shortcut tab, there is a field call Run... select Maximised and it should always start like that

Browsers usually remember the size of the window the last time you exited the program completely. Close all open browser windows except one, make that the size you want, close that and then restart the browser.

IIRC, my father has BT Internet and installed the BT branded browser, which is a b@stardised version of Internet Explorer.

To the OP, and I know this doesn't help you, but how about using IE (or does this do the same thing?). If you're feeling adventurous then I can very much recommend
Firefox <-- Linky

Some may disagree, but IMHO it's much better than IE. You can use it alongside your existing brower and even uninstall if you don't get on with it.
