Problems with HSBC website

Is anyone else having problems with the HSBC website logging in? When it asks for my code it asks for all 6 digits then says there is a temporary problem. It has done this for the last 2 or 3 months. I have been in and had my password reset just in case but no help.

How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

HSBC online

Mine has been working fine.

My initial code has two letters + ten numbers.

Have you used the online service before ?

The initial code does not seem long enough to me.

AHH. With you now.

No, never had any problems with that one.

Email the tech support & give them an ear bashing.
I expect you have probably done that already though

It certainly sounds like a site tech glitch.

If it is asking for al six letters then it sounds like phishing they only ask for 3 on normal log in! I would immediately empty your browser cache and try again. If you are using IE then after emptying cache it is best to quit and restart.

HSBC Contact

The HSBC tech support page is:

https://hsss.hsbc.co.uk/technicalsupp.html

Copy & paste this into your browser.

Caber has made a very good point.

I allways clear my browsers cashe before I shut my system down for the night.
