I know I have asked this question before but I am still getting it wrong. I am trying to upload pictures to my a photo archiove and load a signature
picture, but all I get is a red cross in a box. When I upload pictures to my photo achive they are huge, what can I do. Remember be gentle, when it
comes to computers I am hopeless.

Barry - I'm afraid your marmite graphic is too large. We need to resize it right down.
I use and have always recommended PixResizer. It's really nice and simple to use.
You can download it HERE
You'll need to install it ( next next finish type job)and then launch it.
Select your image - Choose the size or add your own size. Keep the "Maintain Aspect Ratio" ticked so you don't stretch or distort
the image.

The marmite file also appears to be corrupted!! I think it hasn't downloaded it fully.... Try using a freeware thumbnail creator....
