Careful if SSH/SSL is important to you.

All the debian based distros are updating asap after a critical security hole was found to have been introduced 18months back. Ubuntu Hardy (on which I think this Mint is based) is getting its updates today I think.

What a coincidence! When I logged in this evening I was notified about some new updates - and it was for SSH/SSL! I'm on Gutsy Gibbon (7.10). These have since been loaded.

It's worth noting that this update was due to the diligence of the developers, not as a result of a known attack.
