DVLA again sorry......

Sorry to bring up this issue again but how have you been able to find a fax number for example of your local DVLA office, as I want to suggest a VIN number to them. The only number I can get is Swansea and they will not give me any details for my local office in Leeds.

Or I am better just putting a VIN number on and getting it SVA'd

Cheers
John

Just make up a number...stick it on the SVA form and send it off..

I think thats what 90% of people do, and I for one had no issue with this..

Once they confirm the SVA is booked go ahead and stamp the number you sent them onto the chassis.

DVLA Swansea gave me the fax no. of my local office and the vehicle inspector got back to me with his mobile no. to ease post sva communication, so it's a good idea to make contact even if you submit your own chassis number
