any ideas?

no idea, but you should always ckick the x rather than the ok. It could be something malicious trying to get itself run!
but then, i am paranoid.

Too right, never ok something you don't know!!
Ctrl Alt Delete - Task manager, will tell you whats running and hopefully id the culprit.
Does the machine work ok of you X it, does it come up at every reboot?

It has only come up the once, I pressed OK (I know NOW!) and there doesn't seem to be any ill effects, did a full AVG scan and nothing found.
