I've a zx9r with clutch slip - put in new original plates plus barnett springs and castrol GPS oil and it still slips ( tried EBC clutch with the same result ).
any ideas???????????

Doesn't sound right!!!

? warped basket or something like that preventing full release.

Otherwise could it be a M/C issue especially if you've been using a Easibleed @ high pressure.....

strange.... Barnetts and OEM plates are usually a good combo. Even EBC springs are okay until they turn to molten chocolate....

Got to be something holding the clutch partially out shirley - pedal/mc issue?

Mine is also starting to slip, at fisrt only at high revs in sixth, then last night coming up the slipway on to m62, it was slipping a bit through the gears.

mine gives a slight slip at peak power but only
in second tho
Barnet springs sort this?

Did you ask for uprated Barnett Springs... some other mechanical problem if this is the case. Also overfilling it can also create slip as the oil cannot be forced out between the plates them selves...
