And it ain't over yet!
Started off gently with a couple of slices of toast and marmalade for breakfast (Hartleys on Warburton's Seeded Batch), then for elevenses it was
a quarter of a Rankin's Barnbrack.
Lunch was four slices of the above mentioned bread covered in slices of corned beef, then covered in slices of Catherdral cheddar and grilled.
During the day I have also been working my way through a box of cognac (Courvoisier) liquer dark chocolates. Haven't finsihed those yet. I am
also considering a Waitrose dark belgian chocolate chic ice for my late afternoon snack. I don't know what's for supper yet, probably
something cooked but no potatoes due to the big lunch.
I'm feeling a bit full now, but I should be OK by suppertime for a top-up.
I trust you lot have been dieting on my behalf, I think someone should make the effort
John

i'm on 2 diets,
i don't get enough to eat on 1
I have had to cut down to 1 slice of toast today to counter balance the 12 (i can remember) pints and a kebab last night....
It is not down to a hangover, honest! Just trying to balance the calories
