hmm looks very flimsy
Touch up the welds?
He means where the load of old angle iron he's used isn't bolted together then?
Disc front brakes - that'll be to stop the front end when the back takes off on its own?
Don't get me wrong - I'm all for innovative engineering but there are limits...
Cheers, Pewe
In the old parlance - "If it looks OK it probably is." That one just looks terribly wrong so !!!!
the fuel tank is erm.... optimistic
Oh dear, maybe someone should give him a book that tells him about using triangles in a chassis.
The brake disc will at least stop the chassis hitting the road when a tyre goes.
The roll bar looks just like an engine!

He has obviously chosen the radiator position for max airflow
Have you seen the kink in the radiator hose?
I've seen stronger tent frames than that chassis
that is scary

I can see what's happened - he's finally realised that you can't drive the chain downwards on a gsxr due to a combination of castings, clutch mount plate and gear selector shaft - Almost came a cropper in R4 and that's driving chain rearwards!
nice choice of radiator position, and kinking of water pipe
my brother has a gokart, powered by a pair of wagon turbo's wokring as jet engines, it's good for about 40 at the moment, but drinks
