£899995.00? Why can't they put £900,000? Do they really think people will be fooled by a fiver off at this price?

Cheap at one tenth of the price!

Insurance'll be dear, the steering wheel's on the wrong side.

Did you spot the green mini in the background of one of the shots?

It must be strange as an F1 driver to actually find a production road car that has more power than your race car!

200k depreciation in the first year....does'nt look good

mistergrumpy - 13/8/09 at 05:15 PM

Aye but that's only like a weeks wages to some so I guess it's all perspective.

If I had enough money to spend on a car like that - I wouldn't. It's only really got one party piece, which is its acceleration and top speed, which you can only use on a track - and none in the UK has a long-enough straight to allow it to do 250mph. What's the point?

I'd rather buy several cars to do specific tasks, e.g.

1. A fast and nimble car that would be fun on British B-roads, such as a Ferrari.

2. A motorway cruiser, with an auto box & cruise control, such as a Merc or BMW.

3. A nippy little town car - plenty of great cars to choose from.

4. A general-purpose runaround car, such as a Volvo estate.

And I'd still have well over a half-million Pounds in spare change at the end...

Tbh I think it looks hideous and the interior very boring, grey seats...god just like a taxi
