As for rider skill, yes, he was amazing, with the skids and the "whip" etc, but the best thing was - he was that far in front and he was
still taking the time to wave to the fans, that made it/him extra awesome.................. In my humble opinion of course!

Spent a few years doing that. He's a lot faster than I ever was. Some end up with broken necks and in wheelchairs. Mad, as the Aussies say (and apart from a few Brits nowadays, they tend to be the best at it. And I've watched a lot of them in person)

Awesome skills, I did a little when I was alot younger and scared myself a fair few times with some very close calls far to old a knackered to do it now.
