Captian wanted steak on the in flight menu!

I was in shropshire a few years ago at a parachute center, a visiting pilot beat the airfield up and had a bird stike came down in a field next to dropzone and hit a cow killing it and damaging the plane . Got onto local radio news , not sure about national news though. Also had a few sheep drop dead over the weekend as well .

That is the flight that i normally get down to nigeria, my workmates would have been on it. thankfully i got home last week, You're right it could only happen in africa
