well here goes

i was in a bit of a silly mood due to the few pints i had had last night not drtunk just happy and silly

was with two of my mates (gwillo) one of them who works in staples wanted to go in there and buy something i forget what but i saw one of my other m8s from school (ashley) who works there behind the counter next to a guy called martin (gwillos m8) i went over to say hello and he had a cash drawer infront of him on the counter so i thought hmm 2 things i could do that would be funny 1) say ill buy it off you for £10 or 2)pretend i must stress this point PRETEND to steal it you know put my fingers on it pretend ive just picked it up but actually leave it there and leg it i thought that would be funnier so i did that but as soon as i put my fingers on it martin yelled at me to get out of the store and i did and thought nothing much of it


got a fone call from gwillo this morning apparently its going down as a serious incident the loss prevention officer has been told and its her choice wether to get the police involved if they do they are treating it as attempted robbery and that will go on my criminal record and i could be fined up to £1000

also gwillo who lives with me and works there could be facing a disciplinary and possible sacking


al over a light hearted joke by me while i was in high spirits

i wouldnt fuckign dream of stealing i once ate a grape while walkign round asda and offered to pay for it but they didnt make me other then that i have not and would not steal a damn thing

i rang the store this mornign spoke to the manager and apologised and explained ...

You whally!!

Write them a letter explaining everything and apologising ALLOT!! and you will probably get away with it!

my son works part time in Budgens. You can get fired from there for letting someone you know be served by you at the checkout. Thats not even taking into account attempted mock thefts.

Get grovelling - personally I'd ask for an appointment to see the Manager face to face. That way they can tell whether you are genuine or not - and it takes bollox's to do it. If you haven't got 'em then shame on you...
