its a shame you arent allowed auto shotguns over here, ive always wanted to have a go with one. semis just arent as fun

Peteff - 6/5/06 at 05:38 PM

Limited to 3 in the chamber over here I'm afraid, let's see him cope with that. I wonder what it costs him in cartridges? I have to admit it's a better use for golf balls than golf though.

balls! he must have learnt with the atari or that NES game Shooting ducks.

omega0684 - 6/5/06 at 07:44 PM

none of you have said this yet but he didnt miss ONE clay! now that is impressive, ive always wanted to have a go, although i have fired the SAS SA80 (semi-auto) and that was a crack, i can tell you, my collar bone didn't like it too much though!

Even i wouldnt miss one with a decent vid camera, PC and decent editting software!!! Impressive sales speak but i cant help thinking its dubbed.

cossey - 7/5/06 at 12:30 AM

the sa80 doesnt have that bad recoil. when i was a school we had the non auto version for school cadets but we did get to use the proper ones and the lsw (the bigger one with the tripod) occasionally, i got to do the army urban wartefare training it was great fun doing building clearance.

Unless you get a firearms certificate

Peteff - 7/5/06 at 09:03 PM

That puts it into Section 1 shotguns for which you have to supply a reason for needing a multiple magazine. I don't think you'll con the police into allowing it because you have a zombie problem. Read here

"I don't think you'll con the police into allowing it because you have a zombie problem."

LMAO

marcyboy - 9/5/06 at 07:45 AM

practical shotgun shooters with an F.A.C.
can have upto eight or ten cartridges
or am i just dreaming

cossey - 9/5/06 at 08:08 AM

its 8 i think but still only semis allowed no autos.

marcyboy - 9/5/06 at 08:14 AM

that was a semi in the video with a fairly high cyclic rate, most good semi autos are fast
but you can only have them in .22 or shotgun thats why most people with magazine fed ruger 10/22's op for banana clips taped together giving themselves 50 rounds of blatting.
unfortunately it takes a lot longer to reload them even with an autoloader.

marcyboy - 11/5/06 at 11:56 AM

i love killing conversations...i'm going to stroke my firearms

David Jenkins - 11/5/06 at 12:15 PM

I used to have previous model of Beretta auto shotgun - was 5 in the chamber, but had to get it modified to 3.

And yes, they can be fired that quick!

Doesn't go down very well with the 2-barrel traditional clay-pigeon shooting brigade though.

a mate of mine had a pair of perazzi's lovely shooters and another mate had a 3 shot semi beretta but i didn't think much of it(it felt like a ladies shotgun), ou's are good but i still prefer the old side by side style plus there more menacing to look at from the muzzle end sawn off ou's just don't look the same

i just googled it and they are only about £500 thats about a fifth of what my 7.62 cost me and that doesnt even have a ejector let alone mags etc. slightly more accurate though

marcyboy - 11/5/06 at 05:54 PM

ive got a 7.62 its handy for 1000yds not too bad with iron sights and mine only cost £50 and it kicks like a mule,

jon_boy - 11/5/06 at 10:34 PM
