7585 Nm? That would give a train a decent 0-60 time

Where would you get a gearbox from!!

I doubt you'd be needing more than one gear.

Looks like the kind of thing Tractor Pullers might use.

I was in minesweepers back in the days when propper ships were made of wood.

We has 2 Napier deltic supercharged 2 stroke diesels - so much piston slap that the stack used to catch alight every 4 days!
