Being from Liverpool there isnt anyone I know who hasnt heard of Purple Aki. He stalked one student so bad he killed himself. He used to pick on young men in gyms and follow them.
The last I heard was that he had got life because he has been locked up so many times but it just says something about our judicial system

it might have more to say about the state of our mental health system....
