Looking to buy a house in Wingerworth nr Chesterfield but the Broadband checkers I use say the "it might or might not be possible to get 256k" speeds, for the job I do I need to guarantee getting a decent adsl connection of at least 1mb minimum (currently got 6mb where I am now)

So is anyone on here from that area and got a decent broadband speed?

I'm in Clay Cross about 3 miles from there but I don't know which exchange they are on. I get 6+ on Clay Cross exchange and a friend of mine in Chesterfield just the other side of Wingerworth gets similar.

Cheers Pete, Clay Cross is on it's own exchange where as Wingerworth is on Chesterfields main exchange which is quite a way away
