Best left in I reckon and let the hospital sort it, you can cause more damage and blood loss.

do we really need pictures like that on the forum? My kids often watch over my shoulder.

Did his nads recover from that, or are they still just above his kidneys?

If I was that biker and it was into my jaw I would leave it. If it was just throught he mouth cheek skin I would probably try and bite it and get it out. Although he said they were near the finsh so just ride back for the comedic value!!!!

Regarding boat crash tree up ass. If he did survive it would not of been full recovery. That has caused serious injuries and is not really appropriate for this site. Pretty mingin.

I think he was in shock rather than calm (in my humble opinion)

As for the picture above, I've just sarted a new job and discreetly asked if it was ok to look at this site in my break time.

I'm now not permitted too.............
So, well done for the sensationalistic post, but I'm afraid I'm not that chuffed about it. Oh and on a persnal level that's not the sort of thing 'd like to see either...
