It's bl**dy annoying when.....

1-
You type a long reply to a post only to get "Annonymous posting is not allowed on this forum"
and lose everything you've typed.

2-
You follow a link ot a website and when click the "back" button can't escape from that new site.

Gripe over.

If you're using Firefox, consider loading the "Lazarus" plug-in - it gives you an opportunity to reload data into an on-screen form if you've had a problem.

For example, you've typed a lot of data into a form and it goes wrong. Reload the form, click on the Lazarus icon and a pop-up window appears with all of the stuff you typed recently. You can then cut-and-paste it back into the form.

Simples!

Click the back button twice or more quickly and that often gets you back again.

Open the "Login" link in a new tab, login and then "refresh" and "retry" in the original window to post the message.

I find it pretty aggravating getting them to run my windows development applications properly. Can dual boot of course, but then you have yourself a mighty expensive PC...
