Tend to agree, that ball looks to be about 15mm diameter, embedded in his head where there is little flesh, I'm pretty sure he'd be unconscious...... I'm no Dr. so could be way off.

The camera falls very slowly for one that's been knocked over by a man falling. Plus amazingly lands just so that you can see just the top of his head.
She's already got blood on her hand before she touches his head

It may be fake but in principlal probably could quite easily happen

Had air rifle pelets come right back at you. Hit something hard and a steel ball bearing bounces very well
