I had some sugar free lemonade that did similar, farts are not to be trusted.

I remember now reading the lemonade bottle and it did have a warning that it may cause "anal leakage". The active ingredient which
replaced the sugar and caused the problem was aspartame which is on a list of suspect or banned substances now and has been replaced with sugar
alcohol which is malitol and has the side effects mentioned in the reviews.
