I suspect the chassis is unaltered - so falls in to the MR2-ferrari replica group which dont need IVA.

A Daewoo Matiz doesn't have a separate chassis, it's a monocoque. That car certainly doesn't have the original roof and pillars and
it seems to be missing the rear doors...
If it's been SVA/IVA'd then most likely it had some temporary wheel arches fitted for the test which fell off afterwards,
