Scot's Thrifty but very sharp
A Scotsman Englishman and Irishman and one of their friends had an agreement that when one of them died then the others would put £100 pounds in the
coffin each.
As it happened the freind died first and at the service the Englishman went up to the coffin took out 5 £20 notes and put them in the casket.
The Irishman followed after him and put 10 £10 notes in the casket.
A short time later the Scotsman arrived and went up to the casket AND
wait for it
He wrote out a cheque for £300 and removed the money from the casket.
Like I said we're thrifty but very sharp
