Council workers
There are 2 council men in a park. One man is digging, and the other is shoveling back in!
A passer by stops to ask the men, "why are you digging, and why is he filling back in?"
The 2 men reply, "because the bloke who puts the trees in didn't turn up today!!!!"
BOOOOM - BOOOOM!!!!!!!!!
