I didn't read it, but have always thought it was flat anyway.
Just look at the moon on a clear night, you can see that's flat, even the sun is too!!

What a load of utter b0llocks!
quote:
Once again, picture in your mind a round world. Now imagine that there are two people on this world, one at each pole. For the person at the top of
the world, (the North Pole), gravity is pulling him down, towards the South Pole. But for the person at the South Pole, shouldn't gravity pull
him down as well? What keeps our person at the South Pole from falling completely off the face of the "globe"?

Don't take it all too seriously - most of its members join it for fun. They do have to put together a 'scientific paper' that
'proves' the flat earth theory, which most scientific member regard as a fun exercise.
I'm sure that a few members do take it seriously though...

More fun discussing in the pub than talking about football.

Tell them about the bent treacle edges!

No flaming from me
I'd rather discuss my right to believe that we live on a flat earth, than to discuss the merits of some two dimensional, overpaid, vain
nancy boys kicking a frisbee into a net
