Bet he thought afterwards that he should have put the platform at 173' to break the world record instead of equal it at 172'.

What a whimp..... There's at least another 12ft to raise his platform and he would have only needed to go another 6ft to beat the current world
record highdive held by Oliver Favre who dived 177ft into open water in 1987 in France.
