AWESOME!! Devo are my fave American band. Seen them live twice which is a real treat as they hardly ever tour here.
That footage is from a rare video (which i have) from the late 70's!

you should get the singles dvd which has that plus more plus an explanation about the songs/videos.
those red plantpots were not plant pots but energy domes shaped like mayan temples.
