Gulval churchyard has effigies of pagan gods, the chip shop sells battered babies, 30% of the population live in council caves, they have cats the size of labradors, and due to its remote location and very tight family groups, special items of footware are required by its inhabitants.

The nearby remote hamlet of Polkinghorne was discovered by Mr Godfrey T Stephens in 1953, previously the name was thought to be a uniquely cornish sexual act!

I think every county has its Gulval, Kent has its Faversham, Derby has its Buxton etc etc

The car was at Marazion when the pickie was taken (the mount in the background is a bit of a give away!).

I drive through Gulval sometimes, but never slow below 20mph, or the humpalumpa's will chew the tyres off!
