Subject: replacement broad reception function

replacement broad reception function (Update)

The decision made is the above position will be occupied as a temporary position until the company is totally satisfied with the performance of the person then the appointment can be made permanent. A number of factors are considered such as: clear communication ability in English especially with regard to foreign contacts, capability of handling a busy (sometimes stressful) switchboard, equipment and systems knowledge as a user, ability to carry out extra administrave/finance functions, show intiative and ambition, presentability of reception area, quickly getting to understand the company and fitting in ability, certain flexibility in working hours required.

The assignment has been handed to Top Personnel. Those CV's we received from internal sources have been forwarded to Top Personnel for assessment. Interviews should be completed by Friday 27th October.
