Got started on this project at the weekend. I have started to make the plenum, I don't have any idea of what will work or not when it comes to
size and shape but see below for what I have come up with so far.
Turbo is on it's way, its a TD04HL-15. It was bought on ebay so no idea what condition it's in, hopefully will be ok. I also bought a
second ZX12 exhaust to cut up to make the turbo manifold, will get started on that once the turbo arrives.

Ive opted for a water/air chargecooler, ie rear mounted engine with front mounted cooler isnt much use. So I have a rear chargecooler with a water
tank planned .

ECU advice needed
Project is progressing, turbo is installed and plumbed.
I've decided it would be better to go with an aftermarket ECU than using a power commander so I'm looking for some advice on what ECU to
go for.
Two I'm considering are
http://www.aemelectronics.com/ems-4-universal-standalone-engine-management-system-1216
http://www.emeraldm3d.com/k6-ecu-info-and-specification
Anyone ever used either of these on a BEC or would recommend another ECU to use?

I would recommend megasquirt, im using that on me 220+bhp na fiesta mk1 and it will also be going on my dominator whewn it goes B&G - megasquirt,
knows the software inside out and is frequently mapping high end race cars in the range of 600 - 800 plus.
He can also be a mobile mapper which is very handy for people who can't get to him. Give them a call and say raj from autoflock passed you on,
he knows me well and I can guarantee he will tell you all the ins and outs over the phone to set your mind at rest with the choice of ecu.
Hope this helps
Kind regards
Raj
