Hi

Have you tried Briatori and Symmonds, apparently they're in the fixing business

Never fix cracked toilets. Have you seen the damage they can do if they crack across the bowl?

Buy a new one. They can be mega cheap. Look at the B&Q budget ones or go to a builder / plumb centre and price up. Not worth gluing imho. Try and get one with cistern inlet in same place as old one (or fit a flexi connector with service unit) and it will be a doddle to fit.

i wold try sikaflex, it comes in black so that it doesn't show, you need to make a hollow in the edge.

B&Q sell "better than welding", whcih incidnetally it isn't, that is grey and appears to be same stuff.

Eh? I'd imagine there aren't that many black bogs and so it'd show quite clearly.
Just get a new cistern or toilet, whatever. As said, ultra cheap in B&Q and cheaper at your local bog shop.

Another vote for not trying to fix it. I once worked with a guy called Ginger. He could only count to eight on account of having lost two fingers when a cracked bowl broke under him. Broken porcelain is very sharp.
