So, after an year with very little activity on this build...
Exhaust finaly welded up.
All welded with Solarflux to keep inside of pipes smooth without purging gas. Works quite well.
Welded up an bracket towards the rear and will do one more forward also...need to source harder "anti vibration" mounts thou.
Of cource brackets have "lightening holes"

Exhaust looks great, how did you plan making it, did you just make 1 pipe at a time
i've cut up the standard bike manifold to use, but finding it hard to make a start with the design
is solaflux mig welding or tig

I made up my system from thin walled (save weight) pre bent J-Bends. i had 4" and 6" radius bends.
Given that my primary´s have an 36,3mm inner diameter i had an Hayabusa dragracer tuner calculate lenght and collector set-up for best powerband in
upper register, given standard 1340cc cam/ignition.
so 22" primarys.
Meassured , meassured and played along with it until i got primarys whitin 1/2" from target.
The trickiest ones are the two middle cylinders...if you look closley the "in the car" rear middle one drops far below to gain
length....
Solarflux is an powder you mix with ethanol and cover inner surface area with...when welding it (my welderguy did not die) acts as purgegas and
minimize any welding residues on the inside. Worked bloody great!
My welder used TIG.
