You must be joking?
Got this call today from one of the lads at work.
(him) the oil light has come on on the van.
(me) leave it a while check the oil level, top it up.
20 mins later he rings back
(him) can you get some one out for the van?
(me) why whats up?
(him) it was low but its taking ages to fil it up.
(me) how much have you put in it?
(him) about 3 cap fulls.
(me) what? cap fulls, why cap fulls?
(him) cos if i pour it from the oil can it goes all of the little tube where the dip stick goes.
(me) why nut just pour it in the cap?
(him) does it have one?
It left me lost for words, the lad must get ripped off left right and center with his car repairs.
Think about it, think about it again and then do it.

You have found your calling in the grand scheme then: illuminating truths to young ignoramus'! Not their fault, they just need guidance.

True, missus admitted to topping up through the dipstick hole. In a way it makes sense if that's the only way you see of getting oil in.
Wait until one of them asks for a 710

The same lad who is nick named trigger was talking to one of his work mates when they were traveling to cumbria on a job that as they both had flasks
of tea thet they should drink his mates first.
When his mate asked why he said mine will stay warmer longer as i boiled the kettle twice this morning
Think about it, think about it again and then do it.

Lifts the bonnet and checks the dip stick, oil a little low... nuggets volunteers to top it up...
Oil filler is on the other side of the bay, water filler is right next to the dipstick, you know what happened next....
