How long have you got?
Personally a decent Steak is my favourite BBQ meat, good quality burgers, and usually some sort of home made Jerk Chicken, thats a basic BBQ.
Sometime if there is the time I'll put a whole chicken on the motorised spit roast (home made) and leave it for 3 hours and that is beautiful,
or maybe a large roll of Pork if a decent quality chicken can't be found.
Some of the other things I cook less often but enjoy are Lamb Steaks, Prawns and Swordfish
Oh and if you really want a treat..... Lambs Hearts.
I also make my own BBQ sauces (which is actually easier and cheaper than you'de think) which really adds to the flavour and satisfaction of th
BBQ.
Other than that BBQ'd baked beans are ace as well as beer can eggs and Corn on the Cob.

Acually, in that case the kebabs were chicken. Thier would be some salad, bread and a potato bake on the side as well. Did I mention the ribs?
Cheers
