Xr4x4 Diff
Is a 3.92 lsd diff out of a xr4x4 a complete waste of time in a megablade, should i just hang on till i can find a 3.38?

I believe, the xr4x4 diff is 3.64. I use this with my zx9r and its fine. Its geared to do about 115 mph but that'll obviously be different with
a blade engine.
I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered.

XR 4x4 2.0L DOHC. Is a 3.9
XR 4x4 2.8 or 2.9 is a 3.6
I've got a 3.6 LSD and am open to serious offers

Yeah it was the v6 so it was the 3.6. I got it as my current is a non lsd and developing a fair bit of backlash, It was a bargain(ish) so i snapped it
up. Should be fine i reckon, might loose a few mph top end over my 3.38 but better in the bends with it being a lsd. Anyone else running a 3.6 with a
blade engine?

Unless your on 13's it may be a bit low , otherwise I think its the one to have . As said tops at 115, but crisp through the range

I ran a 3.62 on 185/60/13 tyres on my blade engine, it topped out at max revs on the flat with a good engine.
I doubt you will go any faster with a taller diff with this combo, just reduce the noise a bit
Fine for short circuits like Brands Indy, Lydden etc.

second that (I've got one)
the V6's and cossie 4x4's should all have 7" 3.62 LSD's
(although some later sierra's had 7.5" LSD's, I guess they ran out of 7" ones....)
