Yes - if you look at the first crane it doesn't have the supports extended - hence the accident.

The second crane has the props extended a LONG way towards the jib side - the jetty would have to collapse before that one would go in the water! Oh - and the SAME people are standing in the SAME position for each crane heading for the water...

That happened in Ireland somewhere - I think it was Cork, it's a while ago now. And the second truck is photochopped.
