i would imagine the many mrs hussien's had the same guide sheet in iraq!

I severely doubt that was 1960s - more like late 40s

I bet it was written by a certain Mr. Cholmondesley-Warner (pronounced Chumley-Warner). Among his other good ideas were the new pacifier for babies, made of lead so they should last for months.
