Just watched the vid. I made it about 12 secs to get to 130 mph. That's pathetic.

odd, i counted it as 9 seconds to when he says 210 which I'm guessing you're thinking is kph so is 130mph?
its prob also very long geared for the top speed and prob struggles off the line with 1001bhp?
Ned.

Ned,
Redone it and concur. Still crap for the money.
Ultima would do that for a tenth of the money, and from the way it was being driven OVER the white lines, you wouldn't be too concerned about
scratching it

Autocar put its performance into perspective when they said that if you lined it up with a Mclaren F1, the Mac set off, after 10 seconds it would be
doing 135mph. If at that stage the Bug set off it would catch the Mac by the time it was doing 200mph. In other words, it is 10 seconds faster to 200
than the Mac, which has always been regarded as fairly quick!
And apparently the Bug is as civilised to drive in general terms as a Bentley Continental GT. It may not be the ultimate performance car to drive, but
it sounds OK to me.
Now, where did I leave that 1 million Euros..........
