Andy
When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.

I watched a documentary series called "City beyond the clouds" a few years ago about a Chinese community and in that they showed some
youths who were executed for vandalism by being forced to kneel and shot in the back of the head. There were no appeals or anything, as soon as
sentence was passed they were taken straight outside and bang. They were in a gang and some of the others were jailed, but they were sent to another
province so their relatives could not afford to visit them, very brutal places as well not like our holiday camps.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Reminded me of this "entrepeneur".

"Multi-hanging Execution Systems" mounted on lorry trailers, costing about £100,000.

What, after they've been shot?

It's just with ours being so high, I though a comparison figure would be useful.
I have built a few prisons over the years and the facilities are now fantastic. As well as the gyms and pool rooms, all the cons (can't call
them that inside) have separate rooms with personal locks, en suite, and loaded with electrical goodies. Having a guaranteed, if meagre, income means
that everything gets bought on tick from Freeman’s and their ilk. Longer you are in for, the bigger the telly.
Whilst building the things we get some cheap flophouse digs, and cabins that look like "Auf Wiedersehen, Pet", whilst we are separated
from our families, and have to work 10 hours a day usually.
DO NOT PUT ON KNOB OR BOLLOCKS!

Quite amusing. Human Rights for people on death row.
I think the place needs to change it's attitude, but then it does have so many people, quite a few are expendable as an example to the rest.
Guilty or not.

I think those buses are riduculous - would have been cheaper if they didnt install the sterilising equipment.
Cant help thinking they are rife for abuse. Would certainly help to curb riotting if a couple are parked up at football matches etc........

Certainly a much better idea than giving serious offenders 2 years! When are we getting some is what I'd like to know.
Oh and the other thing I'd like to know is.....why sterilise needles used for lethal injection? I'm reasonably sure infection won't
be an issue.
Who the f**K tightened this up!

some crimes demonstrate a sick mind, theres so many different offences that should have a full life sentance.
