Was discussing this point recently (watching the World Wildest Police chases) and it took about 15 p/cars to stop a couple of joyriders.
1 9mm through drivers head would sort things out very quickly indeed - naturally, it would have to be done in a safe area, such as the top of beachy
head!!!
