This has to be one of the strangest contraptions I've yet seen, goes with the owner very well.

It's also does not appear to have any brakes

Leathers wouldn't really cut it style wise.

Though it looks unstable enough that you'd want some protection.

That's not unstable.

I bet the centre of gravity's below the line joining the wheel centres.

That's not to say it would be great going round corners

Was thinking more about the steering arrangement rather than the CoG.

Wouldn't want to be wearing tails that close to an exposed chain drive
