Anyone in a kit, a car that looks like a kit or any open top car not mass produced in the last 40 years. I'm quite friendly really.

I always wave at anything remotely looking like a kit but I notice that I get more waves from Aston Martins round my way .......... strange but true
I reckon all the Seven drivers don't think my car is a kit (but I still keep waving)

I wave to any sports car when out in my Cobra. After all the King should acknowledge the peasants
In SA you might see one 7 every two years if you are lucky so can't remember if they waved back
Of course when stopped at a robot the Porsche or other supercar drivers very pointedly look the other way in case you might challenge them so
they never wave back.

I'll always wave... I wont lower myself not to.
They may be rich, and snobish. I'm neither, and prefer to be that way.
I've even had a Porsche driver in a garage walk over and chat to me.
If they are snobbish, then you just calmly tell them it only does 0-60 in under 5 seconds, and you are working on improvements. That's usually
enough to shut them up.
There arent many cars that will out run a well sorted 7 in the 0-60 dash.
1. The point of a journey is not to arrive.
2. Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.

your car most definatley does not look like a kit car. saw you once pulling on to the A12 at kelvedon south and i was most impressed.
apart from those ultimate of speed machines, the white van, i get nothing but smiles from other drivers and i do wave back.
although it could just be that i look a t##t in a bike helmet, coat and gloves on a cold winters day
i just long for any dry day when i can take the car out.

a thumbs up or a little wave never hurt anyone, and wether its a cobra or a seven were all the same, by not haveing a production car, were all slightly
rebelious and non conformist

They certainly are not snobish! and i now include myself in that plus i'm certainly not rich. The Cobra owners i have met so far are as
nice, helpful and friendly as you 7 owners.
So if you see me in my Cobra in about 6 years time.......give me a wave!!

I'm with Donut - definitely not rich (spent a lot of it building the Cobra) and I hope I'm not snobbish. I like to wave to all kit cars

I'm the same, and i generally get a nice wave back. Now if i could afford a big muscle Cobra, which i cant, i would still rather have a seven
anyday.

definitley, they can carry far larger toolkits than we can and you never know....
I genrally acknowledge anyone who has a good look, from porkers to bikers and especially in the winter anyone who looks like the michelin man in an
open top (the sympathy wave!)
