How can you look at a page every 3 second constantly, every working day for 9months?

And why didnt they notice the hugh bandwidth be was using up!!

hmm doesn't seem to add up, been quite a few stories on the bbc lately with somewhat unlikely or badly researched claims. Are they becoming the next 'Sport'?
